- assisting in the styling of photo shoots and events using our vintage collection
- designing inspiration boards based on client proposals
- regular marketing activities including blogging and posting on Facebook
- assisting with event set up, design, and breakdown
- office duties including preparation of invoices and record keeping
- vintage treasure hunting – scouring Craigslist, thrift stores, garage sales, auctions, etc.
- attending venue site visits, vendor meetings, and client meetings
- is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher; would ideally be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- has photography skills
- has a valid driver’s license with auto insurance
- is able to lift heavy furniture and boxes
- has availability on weekends (for event set up)
